Jaden began coaching online strength training for seniors during the early days of the COVID-19 lockdown — helping people stay active and connected from home. Since then, he’s worked with awide range of clients, from seniors or beginners just starting out to everyday individuals looking to transform their bodies.
Having worked in a public agency for several years, Jaden is no stranger to the demands of Singaporean work life — including long hours and even shift work. His approach to getting results is simple: keep training realistic, and have fun along the way. One of his proudest coaching moments was helping a female client lose 30kg in 7 months through steady training, simple nutrition habits, and consistent support.
